What the Guarantee Covers
The 60-Day Ritual Guarantee applies when all of the following are true:
- Your order was placed directly on www.zuamewellness.com
- You have completed two separate purchases of the same product or ritual collection — a first order and at least one repeat order. A single purchase does not qualify, without exception.
- Sixty days have passed since the delivery date of your first order
- You have used the product consistently, as directed, throughout this period
- You are reaching out for the first time on this guarantee for this product
If these conditions are met, you are fully covered. We will not ask you to prove your routine or justify your experience. We trust you.
Your Commitment During the Ritual Period
During your 60 days, we ask one thing: give the ritual a fair chance. Use the products as directed, avoid introducing new skincare treatments, prescribed topicals, or chemical procedures during this period, and let the formulation work without interference. Siddha formulations work with your skin's own rhythm — that rhythm needs consistency, not competition.
Specifically, during your 60-day ritual period we ask that you:
- Use the Swarna Radiance products as directed — the correct quantities, the correct frequency, the correct sequence
- Avoid introducing new skincare treatments, prescribed topicals, chemical peels, laser procedures, or dermatological interventions during this period
- Use the products without significant gaps — a ritual interrupted for two or more consecutive weeks cannot produce the response a consistent ritual would
If you do these things and your skin does not respond, we will refund you in full. That is our commitment — and this is yours.
Using Individual Swarna Radiance Products
The 60-Day Ritual Guarantee applies to any individual Swarna Radiance product purchased twice, or to the complete Swarna Radiance collection purchased across two orders.
The Face Cream, Face Serum, and Clay Masque were each formulated to work as part of a complete skincare ritual — each step preparing your skin for the next. When all three are used together as directed, the outcomes we can predict and guarantee are significantly more reliable than when any product is used individually or alongside products from other brands. When individual products are mixed with other brand formulations, variables outside our control may affect your skin's response. We want you to know this before you begin — not after.

What It Does Not Cover
We have written this guarantee to protect you — the woman who gives a ritual her genuine commitment and deserves to see it rewarded. In fairness to her, we are transparent about the few situations this guarantee was not designed for:
- Products purchased through third-party retailers, resellers, or marketplaces
- Claims are accepted from Day 55 of your first order's delivery date and must be raised no later than Day 75. Claims raised before Day 55 cannot be processed as the second ritual cycle will not yet be complete. Claims raised after Day 75 cannot be processed.
- Second or subsequent guarantee claims on the same product by the same customer
- Situations where a skin condition, prescribed medication, or active dermatological treatment — whether present at the time of purchase, begun during the ritual period, or diagnosed subsequently — is the likely reason the ritual has not produced a visible response. Our formulations work with your skin's own rhythm; where that rhythm is being directed or disrupted by medical intervention, we cannot reliably read the outcome as product failure. If this applies to you, we encourage you to complete your course of treatment and begin the ritual when your skin is stable. We will be here when you are ready, and we will honour your guarantee from that point.
- Orders where we are unable to verify delivery or purchase history in our system
- Claims where any Swarna Radiance product has been used in combination with skincare products from other brands that may materially affect skin response — the Face Cream, Face Serum, and Clay Masque were formulated to work together as one system; when that system is diluted or disrupted by external formulations, we cannot predict the outcome with the same conviction and therefore cannot guarantee it

Step 2. Tell us which product you used, your purchase references, when you began, and what you observed. We keep this as simple as possible — no lengthy explanation required.
Step 3. We will verify your order in our system and respond within 48 hours.
Step 4. If your claim qualifies, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Before we process any refund, we will ask you one question — not to challenge your experience, but because we genuinely want to understand what happened and serve you better. Your answer will never be used as grounds to deny a valid claim.
