What the Guarantee Covers

The Hair First Signs Money Back Guarantee promises two specific, observable outcomes within 30 days of consistent use of all three products:

What the Guarantee Covers — Eligibility

The Hair First Signs Money Back Guarantee applies when all of the following are true:

• Your order was placed directly on www.zuamewellness.com as a single purchase of the Hair Restoration Ritual bundle — the Deep Nourishing Hair Oil (hereafter referred to as Hair Oil in this document), Hair Pack, and Hair Wash Powder purchased together in one transaction. The guarantee does not apply to the three products purchased as individual SKUs or across separate orders, even if placed on the same day.
• You are raising your claim between Day 25 and Day 35 from your confirmed delivery date
• You have used all three products — the Hair Oil, the Hair Pack, and the Hair Wash Powder — consistently and as directed throughout this period
• You have not used sulphate shampoos or other brand haircare products alongside the ritual during this period
• No chemical scalp treatments have been performed within 15 days before beginning the ritual, or at any point during the 30-day period — see the exclusions section below
• No hair transplant or scalp surgical procedure has been performed at any point in your lifetime — see the exclusions section below
• This is the first time you are claiming this guarantee on this product

If all of the above are true, you are fully covered. We will not ask you to prove your routine or justify your experience in detail. We trust you.

Your Commitment During the 30-Day Period

During your 30 days, we ask one thing: give the ritual a fair and complete chance. All three products. As directed. Without interference from other brand formulations or chemical treatments.

Specifically, during your 30-day ritual period we ask that you:

• Use all three products as directed — the Hair Oil twice a week, the Hair Pack once a week, the Hair Wash Powder on every wash day
• Wash exclusively with the Herbal Hair Wash Powder — not in combination with sulphate shampoos, which directly counteract the scalp restoration the powder produces
• Apply the Hair Oil and Hair Pack on separate days — they are not same-day applications
• Avoid chemical treatments — keratin, colour, bleach, relaxers, or rebonding — during the 30-day period and for at least 15 days before you begin
• Use the products without gaps — consistency is what the guarantee is built on

If you do these things and your scalp does not respond, we will refund you in full. That is our commitment — and this is yours.

What It Does Not Cover

We have written this guarantee to protect the woman who gives the ritual her genuine commitment and deserves to see it rewarded. In fairness to her, we are transparent about the situations this guarantee was not designed for:

• Products purchased through third-party retailers, resellers, or marketplaces — the guarantee applies only to orders placed at www.zuamewellness.com
• The Hair Oil, Hair Pack, and Herbal Hair Wash Powder purchased as separate individual products rather than as the Hair Restoration Ritual bundle in a single transaction — even if all three products are eventually owned, the guarantee applies only to the complete bundle purchased together in one order. Products purchased on different dates or through separate orders do not qualify, without exception
• Claims raised before Day 25 or after Day 35 from the confirmed delivery date of the order — without exception
• Claims where only one or two of the three products were used — the guarantee requires consistent use of the complete Hair Restoration Ritual
• Claims where any Zuame hair product was used alongside products from other brands — the Hair Wash Powder, Hair Pack, and Hair Oil work as a complete system; results cannot be predicted or guaranteed when that system is disrupted
• Claims where chemical scalp treatments — keratin, colouring, bleach, rebonding, or relaxers — were performed within 15 days before beginning the ritual or at any point during the 30-day ritual period. Chemical treatments fundamentally alter the scalp environment in ways that make the ritual's outcomes unpredictable. This exclusion exists to protect the integrity of the promise, not to protect us from honouring it.
• Claims from customers who have undergone a hair transplant or any surgical or medical scalp procedure at any point in their lifetime. The scalp environment following such procedures responds differently to topical botanical formulations and we cannot predict outcomes with the same certainty. We encourage these customers to consult their physician before beginning the ritual.
• Claims where a scalp or hair condition, prescribed medication, or active medical treatment — whether present at the time of purchase, begun during the ritual period, or diagnosed subsequently — is the likely reason the ritual has not produced a visible response. Our formulations work with your scalp's own rhythm; where that rhythm is being directed or disrupted by medical intervention, we cannot reliably read the outcome as product failure.
• Second or subsequent guarantee claims on the same product by the same customer
• Claims for visible hair density change, new growth, or parting fullness — these outcomes are part of the 90-Day Ritual Promise and are biologically outside the 30-day window

How to Claim

Step 2. Share your order number and your name. Then send us a voice note — 30 to 60 seconds — telling us what you noticed during the 30 days. What changed, what did not, how you used the products. Speak naturally. No script required. No photographs. No written explanation needed.

Step 3. We will respond within 24 hours. We will confirm your order date and verify that your claim falls within the Day 25–35 window. We will also listen to your voice note — not to challenge your experience, but to understand it and to make the ritual better for the next woman. Your account helps us learn. It will never be used as grounds to deny a valid claim.

Step 4. We may ask you one warm follow-up question — not to interrogate, but to understand. Something like: "How often were you washing and oiling during the 30 days?" Your answer helps us identify whether something in the usage pattern can be corrected before we process the refund. Occasionally this conversation surfaces something we can still fix for you. Your answer will never be used as grounds to deny a valid claim.

Step 5. If your claim qualifies, your refund will be initiated within 48 hours to your original payment method. For COD orders, we will collect your bank transfer details over WhatsApp and initiate within 48 hours of receiving them.

Step 6. No request for photographs. No request to return the products. No escalation required unless the order cannot be located in our system.

Company Decision, Liability and Jurisdiction

• In all matters relating to this guarantee, the decision of Zuame Wellness Private Limited is final
• The liability of Zuame Wellness Private Limited under this guarantee is limited, in all circumstances, to the purchase price paid by the customer — ₹1,397 — for the Hair Restoration Ritual
• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this guarantee shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, subject to the mandatory jurisdiction provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
